Opening a Wholesale Account

Placing an Order

    • + How do I place an order?

      Once you have set up a wholesale account,

      you can call our Order Department at 212-831-4800 to place your order (or fax 212-423-9078).

      Your order will be delivered the following day (or after that, if you specify).

    • + When can I place an Order?

      For next-day delivery all orders can be placed Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am-12noon.

    • + Is there a minimum order?

      There is a $50 minimum per delivery.

    • + Is there a minimum quantity per item?

      Our loaves and pastries are available by the individual piece;

      our dinner rolls and bagels are sold by full dozens.

    • + Can I order online?

      We do not have online ordering at this time, but our Order Department can assist you at 212-831-4800.

    • + What happens if I place an order after the deadline?

      Because we do not put preservatives in our products, we bake only to order.

      All orders must be placed before 12pm noon on Saturdays and Sundays,

      and before 3pm Monday-Friday. We try to fill any orders that come in after that,

      but some items may not be available on short notice.

      The shelf life on our products is generally one day - we do not use additives or preservatives.

      If kept beyond one day, they need to be refrigerated or frozen.
